Why do i worry so much?

I always make the worse out of all situations...mainly ones that concern my health and they overcome my thinking and daily life. Within the past few months I probably thought ive had about 30 different diseases/conditions....etc..I had foliculitis-thought it was skin cancer...sore throat-thought it was throat cancer...bronchitis/wheezing-thought it was lung cancer...headache-thought it was brain cancer or a stroke...heartburn-thought it was a heart attack..pain in my calf-thought it was a blood clot... pain/bump-thought it was cancer (had it checked, nope it was normal tissue)the list goes on..and id like to say that it completely overcomes my mind and thinking..when i worry about it its an all day thing, i try to cover it up the best i can but my husband knows my issue. Like right now...I keep getting these painful twinges on my head like once in a while maybe once or twice every few days and im terribly scared i could be having a stroke or a brain tumor...and then i get some other symptoms that coincide with the main symptom and these thoughts litterally break me down into tears and scare me...i have no idea why i do this to myself, i even look up symptoms and either have them already or will get them at some point..i can never decipher whether they are real symptoms or if i am making them up....please tell me whats wrong. my dr told me to try paxil...OMG i was up all night, it was the most horrible rdug iver ever had...by the way im 24 with 2 kids...i do take a water pill to stabilize my blood pressure, working on losing weight (from having kids) i dont drink/smoke.....never have

I am a very kind person who likes to help others when they need help or just someone to talk to. I would give the shirt off my back for anyone. look, it's easy for those who took the time and energy to try thousands of different ways to cast, reel, speed, motion and all the variables that you should read about in a number of books. Fishing is not as easy as the answers you read in here these guys (and ladies) have been doing this their whole life and then some. it takes hours days weeks months of changing lines, directional casting, bouncing baits, slow retrieves, for fast start and stop presentations, where to cast ,what depth, always testing new ideas and patterns as you ad-lib through it all and actually find that in combination certain things work better like time of day, rising tide, sunny or rainy, water clarity, water temperature, depth, it's everything and certain things work better at certain times, I mean for God's sake it's fishing, not catching. Go to the library and check out a few books one about the specie of fish you want to target and learn all there is to know about it. it will tell you what depth time of year morning or evening feeder etc. then get a general knowledge book about fishing in your area. If it's easy it's not worth much that is why fishing is such an addiction to so many. It's damn fun and even better when you actually time your fishing to give yourself a better chance of success. Train the brain! you'll learn from mistakes and lines breaking because you wanted to stretch out it's life longer than you should have. I mean all of this is damn.... pretty cool though. I mean Ive been fishing for over fifty years where I started with trout and I read everything about them then they became easy to catch and then perch, then catfish and crappie and b then saltwater fish and diving with them to study how they eat, you will never ever stop learning, so please, never think anything is easy until you win the tourney that proves all the effort you put in was worth it.

Here is the situation: The father of my two kids' live in girlfriend has interferred with a dentist appt for one of our kids. She went behind my back and asked the dentist office for information on the child's record, and made an appt that I was in the process of scheduling, I had already informed the dad of our child's current dentist issue and that I would be making an appt. My ex did not know that she had gone to the dentist office to get this info and setup an appt. He is now protecting her and saying I did wrong. She said "I dropped the ball" on this. They are doenting as well as speaking to their attorney to file a contempt motion. I am the custodial parent with primary placement and the ex and I have joint costody. I am a student-athlete at a vocational highschool where i study both forensics & criminal justice, i have all honors cles (and an AP cl), I'm heavily involved in extra-curriculars, I am currently sec. and treasurer of the student body government (the only junior with an officers positon) and am in other clubs like gifted & talented etc. I take my school work serious because I want to get into a good college. My discipline record consists of 1 offense for being tardy to cl. Recently however I have been accused of helping my friend plagiarize a summer reading igment. What actually occured was that I asked my friend to print the work for me (along with her work) because my printer was broken, this was the day before school started. she was kind enough to do print out my work for 3 books and her work for 6 books. I didn't see her the morning that school started and so I panicked and told her I'd print my things out in one of my teachers cles, I did so to be sure I had everything by the time I was to hand in the ignment and didn't have to depend on her having it right on the spot. As it turns out 3 months later my friend accidentally stapeled my essays to her work in the rush of getting 60+ pages stapeled together and seperated (the work for my 3 books about 20 pages, and the work for her 6 books about 40 pages). So my teacher was grading the summer assignments and came across it and accused us of plagiarism, my friend was honest enough to admit that the work was not hers and that she wasn't plagiarising that she simply made a mistake when printing out my work. Anyways we both received F's on the assignment even after my friend showed my teacher her essays (the same day to prove that she had them saved on her computer) and we both now have a note in our discipline file that says Reprimand for Plagiarism. There is no specific details and I've been told colleges will view it and will reject me (by my teachers, and guidance counselor, etc.)
